Edspire Leadership was founded in 2019 by Sara Delgado, PhD. Sara has spent 22 years as an educational leader, holding roles such as Spanish teacher, elementary classroom teacher, elementary school principal, middle school principal, and central office instructional leader. Sara facilitates professional learning sessions on a variety of topics as well as serves as a teacher and principal mentor and coach, which she identifies as one of the most fulfilling aspects of her career. This fact, coupled with her research in teacher and principal leadership for her doctoral dissertation, led her to found Edspire Leadership, where she could focus her professional energy on the development and coaching of educational leaders across the globe. Sara is bilingual and bilterate in English and Spanish.
